There is no place for this offhand, a greenie is almost equivalent - better options, and easy to get aswell are the Eerie Stable Lantern and Pulsating Hydra Heart . As you can see, both of the off-hands sail croatia I suggested sail croatia are superior to this, same rarity, and LOWER LEVEL! Yes, and to prove how bad this really is, lets look at the green off-hands. Buccaneer's Orb of Healing offers +5-6 Spell Power - yeah, its a greenie 1 level higher and it offers even more spell power than this. A level 15 green off-hand is equal, +4-5 Spell Power from an Aboriginal Rod of Healing. sail croatia If you loot one, and you're low on cash, you can't expect to get alot from this - propably around 5g.
Comment by warlockstan618 can anyone tell me if you can do shoot with a wand like this? even if you can't a boost to spell power is a great incentive for going after a few of the npcs taht drop this. besies being of a class that's got caters such a weapon sail croatia is a good thing to have. especially if you eer do try to make a twink character.
